The rules of working with us.

Acceptance

By browsing this website, submitting a project brief, or engaging Vanta Media's services, you agree to follow these terms.

If you don't agree with any part of this document, the right move is to stop here. We won't be offended.

Services

Vanta Media offers three services:

• ·Meta Ads management — Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns, end-to-end.
• ·Web creation — custom Webflow websites built from scratch.
• ·Website optimization — rebuilding existing sites for better conversion.

The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a written quote or proposal sent before any work begins. That proposal supersedes any general statement made on this website.

Payment and billing

• ·Web creation — 50% deposit required before work begins. 50% balance due before the site is published to your domain.
• ·Meta Ads retainers — first month's retainer plus the one-time R5,000–R8,000 setup fee due on engagement signing. Subsequent months billed on the same calendar day each month.
• ·Website optimization — quoted per project, billed on the same 50/50 structure as web creation.
• ·Currency — all prices in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated in writing.
• ·Late payments — after 14 days overdue, work pauses. After 30 days, the engagement may be terminated and any unbilled work invoiced in full.

Client content and obligations

For web creation and website optimization engagements:

• ·Copy and brand assets — logos, photography, brand colors, and approved copy must be supplied within 14 days of project kickoff.
• ·Decision-maker access — someone with authority to approve milestones must be available to review deliverables within 48 hours of delivery.
• ·Long delays — if we are blocked on client content for more than 30 days, the project may be paused. Restarting incurs a R2,500 reactivation fee and a new delivery timeline.

This isn't punishment — it's how we protect the timelines we promise to other clients.

Intellectual property

What you own. After full payment, you own the final website design, the custom ad creatives we built for your campaigns, and the right to use them indefinitely for your business.

What we retain. Vanta Media keeps ownership of its underlying frameworks, internal code patterns, design system, and the right to feature the finished work in our portfolio and case studies. We do not retain rights to your business data, content, or brand identity.

Third-party assets. Stock photography, font licenses, and platform fees (Webflow hosting, Meta ad spend, etc.) are billed to you directly or passed through at cost — never marked up.

Limitation of liability

We optimize relentlessly for the outcomes you're hiring us for. We cannot, however, guarantee:

• ·Ad account stability — Meta may suspend, restrict, or change accounts at any time.
• ·Search engine rankings — Google's algorithm changes; rankings are never guaranteed.
• ·Conversion performance — depends on market conditions, ad creative inputs, product-market fit, and factors outside our control.
• ·Lost revenue — Vanta Media is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or third-party platform failures.

Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement in the six months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either side can end an engagement with 30 days' written notice. On termination:

• ·We deliver all completed work in usable formats.
• ·You pay for work completed up to the termination date.
• ·Ongoing retainers stop billing from the next billing cycle.
• ·Existing IP grants survive — you keep what you've paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced via email to active clients. The current version is always at vantamedia.weblee.online/terms.
